My respectful salutations of gratitude to all elected meddlers, criminal ministers, members of parley-a-mint and legis-late-ive ass-semblies.
First, the statutory disclaimer - The author owns total, undivided responsibility towards the views expressed herein, but thanks the God Particle and God Almighty equally for any co-incidence whatsoever to any proper nouns used herein bearing resemblance remotely or closely to real-life characters, people, places, religions, nations and dogs.
So, Dr. Sapil Kibal has successfully put together the "One Nation One Test" funda that claims innocently and somewhat stupidly to make state government higher secondary education more relevant. And if that claim were not nausea or laughter inducing enough, he has further vomited to the press, the election-oriented claim of making coaching centres less valid.
I'm sorry to tell you Mr. Kibal, that both claims fall flat on their face.
Please take a look at the coaching centres' marketing around coaching students for both the entrance test and the board exams as part of a "package offer".
As regards making state board education more relevant, the nation and its youth would have genuflected in respect, admiration and awe if you had made true efforts towards reform that is long due, just the way it is, has been and will probably be for years to come.
Long due. Longer than the Indian Cash-on-all Nongress has been in power.
And since you were untiring in your efforts to make a huge drama about reforms in areas where there is some form despite the government's best efforts, you moved onto school education.
This is because you wanted to focus your meddling on spoiling the form that exists rather than lend some form to the shapeless areas of education.
Because, reform is more important than form you see.
Just the way form is more important than content.
So, you have now legislated a quota system for recommendations to the When-do-ya Kid-ya-liars.
As in, that is what you are planning to turn the Kendriya Vidyalayas.
How are Members of the Parley-a-mint or Legis-late-ive Ass-semblies remotely qualified to make these recommendations?
How many of them have completed their schooling? Please look up the criminal cases and allegations against those who are going to be making these recommendations.
A national joke this is.
And you, Mr. Kibal, are a National Joker. A Meddler. An irritating, annoying one at that.
The Indian Cash-on-all Nongress should be awarded the Oscar for successfully duping a nation in the name of Reform.
Please stop imagining. Start thinking. If you can, that is.
-Miffed-was Why-sore.
